My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, lacked certain amenities like an iron, and the Jacuzzi tub had some issues. The service was a mix; while they were accommodating, there were some rude interactions and delays in cleaning the room. The location was convenient, near a mall and restaurants, but the cleanliness in some areas could be improved. The dining experience offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. The facilities were adequate but could use some enhancements.

The hotel is conveniently located in western Akron on Route 18 with easy access to great restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are adequate but below average for the price paid. The outdoor pools and landscaping are beautifully maintained, offering a pleasant atmosphere. However, noise from guests outside the rooms could be disruptive.

The hotel has some room for improvement. The rooms need a good carpet cleaning and an upgrade but are nicely appointed and comfortable. The service, despite some rude encounters, provides excellent care, going above and beyond in some situations. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The dining experience offers a variety of options but falls short of exceptional. Overall, a mixed experience with room for enhancement.
